For the Netflix series „Dark“ in 2017, I realized the cave entrance set on a forrest location as head sculptor with the set construction company Spreekulissen.
After taking the forrest’s topography shape with a huge ‚curtain‘ and making a 1:10 modell regarding the ideas and conditions of the production designer Udo Kramer, I started sculpting in styrofoam together with the sculptors Alex Preißler and Tibor Soskuti. After the great paintjob by Annette Fritze and Ines Spain, the whole styrofoam construction was cut into pieces and rebuilt on location.
